Shipping Rates

USA: Free shipping on all orders

Canada: Flat Fee of $4,99 CAD. Free shipping on orders above $99 CAD

International: We currently do not offer worldwide shipping as we are focused on offering the best possible service and experience to our customers in North America. 

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Be sure to check the different folders in your Inbox (Spam/Promotions/Junk/Other...etc.) as emails may be automatically filed there the first time you place an order with us.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times vary by location. Romapets is all about bringing you unique items and we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers. While some of our products are stored in our US warehouses, we also source from all over the world. Delivery times will vary depending on where your item is shipping from.

Apparel:
Delivery 5-10 Business Days (CAN & USA)

Pet products: 
(Premium USA Shipping - Estimated 4-14 Business days)
(Standard USA Shipping - Estimated 15-25 Business days)

(Premium CAN Shipping - Estimated 10-15 Business days)

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email us at contact@romapetsboutique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

I ordered multiple items, but only received one. Where's the rest of my order?
Our products are stocked in various warehouses. When ordering multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. They are on the way. 

Oops...I put in the wrong delivery address, what now?

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address has been provided upon check out as we are unable to change the address once the order has been processed. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if we are provided with an incorrect delivery address.
